이 헤이즐넛 트러플 볼은 Ferrero Rocher(페레로 로쉐)와 비슷하지만 버터나 오일없이 만들 수  있는 비건레시피입니다😘!

만드는 법
    • 믹서기에 건포도와 반컵의 헤이즐넛, 카카오파우더, 메이플시럽과 소금 한꼬집을 넣고 완전히 섞일 수 있도록 갈아주세요! 섞여진 반죽은 볼 한쪽에 두세요.
 
    • 반죽을 동일한 사이즈의 8개로 나누고 잘 굴려 볼의 모양으로 만들어줍니다. 만들어진 볼의 가운데에 헤이즐넛 한개를 넣어 줍니다.
 
    • 토핑을 만들기 위해서는 코코넛오일을 약간 녹여주세요. 적절히 녹은 코코넛오일과 카카오파우더를 잘 섞어주고 2분정도 기다립니다.
 
    • 믹서기에 토핑을 위해 남겨둔 헤이즐넛을 씹힐 정도로 적절히 갈아주세요. (페레로로쉐의 표면을 생각하면 쉽습니다 ☺️!) 갈아진 헤이즐넛을 작은 볼에 담아둡니다.
 
  • 만들어둔 코코넛+카카오 퐁듀에 반죽볼을 퐁당! 해주세요. 잘게 간 헤이즐넛을 그 위에 뿌려구조 냉장고에 30 분 동안 굳혀주면 완성!

Hazelnut truffle balls

These hazelnut truffle balls are just like Ferrero Rocher, but nourishing with no butter or oil.

Time to make: 30 minutes Makes: 8 Truffles

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and soaked for 15 minutes in warm water beforehand
  • ¾ cup hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp Natava Superfoods Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp maple or rice malt syrup
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
Topping

Directions

  • Place dates, half a cup of hazelnuts, cacao, maple or rice malt syrup and salt together in a food processor and blend until all ingredients are well combined. Set mixture aside in bowl.
  • Roll the mixture into eight equal-sized balls, placing a hazelnut into the middle first.
  • To make the topping, melt the coconut oil on a low heat and mix in the cacao powder. Place aside for two minutes.
  • In a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until finely chopped. Place into a small bowl.
  • Dunk each ball into the topping and sprinkle well with the chopped hazelnuts. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

These chocolate peanut butter muffins are nourishing with oat flour and no butter or oil.

Time to make: 30 minutes Makes: 10 muffins

Ingredients

Topping

  • 3 tbsp dark choc chips
  • 1 tbsp Natava Superfoods Cacao Powder
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried raspberries

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees on fan bake and grease muffin tray.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cacao, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together peanut butter, yogurt and honey. Add to dry mixture and mix in the eggs until well combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop mixture into muffin trays or cupcake patties.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • For the topping, melt the chocolate chips on the stove over a medium heat and stir in the cacao powder.
  • Once cooled, spread over each muffin and sprinkle with raspberries.

Banana and maca pancakes

Mix maca powder into your pancakes to give them an extra boost of minerals, vitamins, enzymes and amino acids.

Time to make: 15 minutes Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks 
  • ¾ cup almond milk or other nut milk 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tbsp Natava Superfoods Maca Powder 
  • ¾ cup buckwheat or spelt flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Method 

  • Combine banana, vanilla and milk in blender or food processor until they reach a smooth liquid. 
  • In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour liquid into the bowl, and mix until just combined. 
  • Heat a saucepan over a low heat, and add butter or coconut oil. Scoop a quarter of a cup of mixture onto the pan to form a pancake.
  • After about a minute, flip and cook the other side. 
  • Serve with your choice of toppings.

Raw raspberry cheesecake

This raw cheesecake is a perfect dessert to serve at a gathering or dinner party as it is dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and a healthy option.

Time to make: 30 minutes + time to set Serves: 12

Base ingredients

1 cup almonds
12 dates
¼ cup desiccated coconut

Filling ingredients

2 cups cashew nuts, soaked for at least 3 hours
½ cup maple syrup, honey or liquid sweetener of choice
¼ cup Natava Superfoods Coconut Oil, melted
1 cup raspberries
Juice of 1 lemon

Place all the base ingredients inside a highspeed blender and process until the ingredients start to stick together.

Press the mixture onto a lined baking tray and place in the freezer.

Drain the cashew nuts and process in the blender, then add the rest of the filling ingredients and blend until smooth.

Remove the base from the freezer and pour the filling evenly over it. Set in the freezer for at least three hours.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 10 large pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp Natava Superfoods Cacao Powder
  • 1 orange, zest and juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut for rolling

Directions

  • Grind the almonds in a food processor until fine.
  • Add the dates, cocoa powder, orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon and salt.
  • Roll the balls in coconut.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
